Branson: Most people come for the entertainment, but some stay for the lifestyle. This is a great place for both.
The axiom in real estate is “location, location, location”! Well, Branson is the location. This part of the country is called the “Heart of the Ozarks”. In fact, Branson is within a day’s drive of 50% of the U.S. population. You can’t get any more central than that!
The Branson/Tri-Lakes area serves up to 65,000 visitors daily who pump 1.5 billion dollars into the local economy. It is situated 35 miles south of Springfield and serves as the job, service and shopping center for Taney and Stone Counties. The population is about 70,000 year round area residents.
Entertainment is everywhere in the Branson area from theater shows to boating, fishing and swimming in Tablerock Lake, but what about infrastructure?
